All Procurement Solicitations for a service provider contract with DSPD are available through the Office of Quality and Design's Provider Central opens in a new tab.

Go to Contract Resources opens in a new tab to find more information on doing business with DHS, current contracts, and approved vendor lists. Vendors may view and respond to solicitations by registering on the Utah Supplier Portal opens in a new tab (SciQuest). Registration is free and allows vendors the ability to receive email notifications of new solicitations.
