Supported Living (Hourly)
Supported Living Supports assist clients to gain and/or maintain skills to live as independently as possible in a community setting. Clients may choose the type of housing arrangement they prefer. Supported Living Hourly is available to clients who live alone or with roommates. Services are tailored to be flexible and to meet the client's schedule. This service includes meal preparation, eating, bathing, dressing, and/or personal hygiene as well as socialization, self-help, and adaptive/compensatory skills necessary to reside successfully in the community. Typically, these services do not include 24-hour supervision or behavior supports.
